Detox Yoga is a sixty-minute class devised to help remove excess toxins from the body. It teaches twenty-two carefully selected yoga postures and breathing techniques to help remove toxins from the body by stimulating the lymphatic system, massaging internal organs, increasing circulation, raising the levels of oxygen in the blood, and making the elimination process more efficient. When followed regularly in conjunction with a healthy eating plan, this yoga class will help you maintain good health and a clear mind.
